5 Signs you need to de-stress
This is a busy world! Remember the last time when you didn’t
need to set your alarm before going to bed? Or having to check your wrist watch
while having coffee in daylight with friend?
Most of us probably lost the time to sit back and for a
second forget about the time, forget about other things and RELAX. And because
industry is demanding so much work from us these days, we often put more than
two of our feet in a certain situation, forgetting that there’s only two of them!
We’re demanded more of what we only have!
What’s the point? We exhaust ourselves too much on things
that would lose us, which is probably why we get a lot of boiling tempers, excruciating body pains, migraines, insomnia,
and unusual mood swings. So here are 5 signs that you need to pack your bags,
take a break, and enjoy the road and the freedom in the outdoors.
11)
THE BLURR- “It’s just my memory against me!”
“I’m aging really fast.” When things go
wrong because you lose focus, we often say it’s because of age. We now become
forgetful and absent minded. Well, my friend, it’s about time to calibrate!
22.)
THE BURST- Some people normally have anger
management, they easily boil to their hottest temperature and erupt to madness.
But when you used to be a person of patience & bubbliness, and SNAP at the
slightest irrelevant poke, well, get a hold of the sphygmomanometer, we’re
checking your blood pressure for you. Violence is not the solution.
33.)
THE BLAH - We get easily irritated and when we
do, we often blab! We start to rant irrationally and sometimes put other people
in line not realizing that we’re lighting up a match that would burn down our
connections with people. You start to forget about that things that made them
matter to you and you won’t feel awful until they leave you. Save yourself the emotional loneliness.
44.)
THE BINGE- Since you’re stressed and seem to
lose focus and probably you’ve been ill-tempered most of the time, you look for
comfort. You resort to any other activity that is far-related from what you’ve
constantly been doing. You jump from one activity to another just to have feel
the sense of existence. The most convenient way of doing this is to EAT, you
tend to munch and crave on almost anything. Your palate is unstoppable, this is
then STRESS EATING.
55.)
THE BAD- When worst comes to worst and you are
at the peak of your tire. You will notice yourself starting to get those
unusual colds or headache or cough that you often neglect. Most of the time, we
blame it all to the environment, yes, but the truth is, you have deprived
yourself of so many essential things, your body is telling you to hold up and
get them. Your body never send wrong messages. It’s time to rest.
The sharpness of your mind will depend on the organization
of your thoughts. When you attend to so much clutter (or when there’s too much
things to juggle) at one moment after another, you can’t expect to focus.
Calibrate your mind and know priorities, put limit & goals on your
workload. You deserve to rest.
Make a list of things
you need to do and finish them. Your body is as important as your job
because after all, it’s the body’s needs that you’re working for. Pay yourself
and be stress free.
