FIND YOUR INTENTIONS
“BE INTENTIONAL.” It has been nearly 2 weeks since I have constantly been haunted by that sentence. Needless to say, I’ve had random nights and mornings just wandering in thought about it. I couldn’t actually trace back how it was triggered, but what I do know is there is a message to tell. Intention (n.) - An “aim” or “plan ” In our daily lives, how intentional are in the things that we do? Just now, I realize that intention is similar to purpose. Many people say they are lost because they haven’t found their purpose and it is the most basic question that people often ask for example, “ What is the purpose of this?” “What is the reason for this?” “How do I understand?” “Why am I doing this in the first place?” If we haven’t noticed, questions that are mostly deeply rooted within a person is related to “intention.” And the necessity for it to be answered is so great that unanswered questions often put periods in their lives.( out of depression, anxiety,
